Emily Cook

Principal and Head of Drama

Emily has been teaching freelance across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire since graduating from Lincoln University in 2012 with a degree in Drama and Theatre Studies.

As Head of Drama at the Majestic Theatre School, as a Class Leader for Sprouts, and work with Jo Haylock's School of Dance, Studio 84 and others, Emily's aim with Starlight is to help children grow and improve their confidence through drama, with the firm belief that the process is just as important as the product.

With a summer as Drama Director of YMCA Camp Mohawk, Connecticut USA, a year long season in the European tour of Storm Lincoln, and working with Encore! Performing Arts as a Director, Emily is an experienced director and performer.
