She writes and teaches for companies across the East Midlands and Europe, and works as a freelance writer, director and dramaturg.

Roxie has forged her career as professional performer and teacher since moving to the U.K five years ago. Her passion for performing began in the Republic of Ireland where she spent many years training to reach her goal to study professionally in the U.K. She chose to begin her studies in LCPA (Leicester College of Performing Arts) where she received her Professional Diploma in Dance and Performing Arts. Roxanne’s experience in England so far includes lead roles in Musicals such as Fame and Sweet Charity. She has also performed in well known conventions, corporate events, and more, as a Singer/Dancer. Not only is she a professional performer, she has an array of teaching disciplines including Group Singing and private lessons in Musical Theatre, Pop, Rock, Jazz and more. Shbelieves we should all aim to be the best possible all round performers we can be, but most importantly make sure we have lots of fun in the processs.

"I love everything and anything performing arts but specialise mainly in dance , I choreograph for school shows and other dance groups and love being on a stage! After joining starlight a few years ago and finding my confidence in drama I'm grateful I was given the chance to come back and teach. I love helping some little Starlets find their passion and confidence in Performing Arts too, see you soon!
Starlight has given me a friendly space to improve and experiment with my teaching styles, pushing me to be the best teacher I can be. At Starlight I feel my skills are improving each week, as is my passion for teaching."
